Built on trust since 1983.

For more than four decades our clients have trusted us to get their people where they need to be. That still comes down to experienced people who answer quickly and know your business properly.

Speak to our team

From a single San Diego office to a global boutique TMC.

Founder and CEO Richard Meyerson began his career as a tour operator in 1977, when he spotted a gap in the market for a travel agency offering corporate clients a concierge-style service. He opened the first Traveltrust office in San Diego in 1983, back when travel still meant printed tickets.

In 2013, Traveltrust opened in London to support clients expanding into Europe. Noah Meyerson became Managing Director in 2015, continuing the family business into its next chapter.

Today, Traveltrust is a boutique, family-run travel management company with a global network. We have grown organically for over forty years, built on long-standing relationships with our clients. Our Hong Kong team supports businesses across Hong Kong, with the same personal approach that began in 1983.

Our mission has not changed since 1983. We create flexible, reliable travel programmes that support your business goals, with the same personal service on every trip.

In-house support

Five roles. One mission.

All in-house. Fewer handovers, faster answers and a team that knows your business.

Business Development Manager
Your first point of contact. We get to know your business, understand how you travel today and show you how Traveltrust can improve your programme.
Onboarding Manager
Once you are on board, your Onboarding Manager sets up your account around your needs and policies and makes sure your team is ready to travel from day one.
Travel Manager
Your day-to-day contact and an extension of your team. Whenever you need to book, change or check a trip, they are just a call or email away.
Account Manager
Focused on getting the most from your programme. Regular reviews show your savings and return on investment, with clear advice on where to improve.
Out-of-Hours Support
Our in-house team is on hand outside office hours for last-minute trips and emergencies. They already know your programme, so there are no call centres and no starting from scratch.
